These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Persequi Ai website and any case-review intake service offered on it (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Persequi Ai operates a paid attorney-advertising and lead-generation platform. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Submitting information through the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only through a separate written engagement agreement with a licensed attorney.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Your submissions

You agree that any information you submit is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. You authorize us to share your submission with participating attorneys and law firms for the purpose of evaluating whether you may qualify for a claim.

4. Communications

By using the Service and providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by us and by participating attorneys or their agents by phone, SMS, and email, including via autodialed and prerecorded messages when you have separately provided TCPA consent. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Any settlement ranges, case values, timelines, or projections displayed on the Service are estimates for informational purposes only and are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of the result of any specific case.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Persequi Ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not submit information about anyone other than yourself without their permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
